Just checked and ikiwiki's own repo has doc/ dir which contains their wiki. So 
it doesn't even has to be patched. Might need to write a plugin to handle 
"distributed" links but it shouldn't be hard. Bug tracking still sucks because 
all it really supports is tags. "talk pages" look a bit ugly to me(maybe it 
simply needs a better theme?) and lets everyone edit everything which maybe 
isn't a good idea?
