I think the alpha.gnu.org version was needed for all non-GNU platforms,
so I committed a fix checking for ‘stdenv.isLinux’ (which is a
misnomer...).

The ‘stdenv-updates’ contains (or will contain?) a newer version of
Patch anyway.
