[Nix-dev] test suite failures when building Nix on MacOS X (was: nix channels and corresponding nix expressions)

I tried building nix-0.13pre17232 on i386-apple-darwin9.7.0, but the
package failed with plenty of errors in the test suite. Is that a known
problem?
