Investigation showed that:
1. The build failure was caused by impossibility to build bison
2. Bison build failed in the testsuite
3. The only failed test was output to file called "^%\:" (of course this
fails on Windows).

So, should we simply kill this test on i686-cygwin as a known problem
(better yet, just remove : and \ from the filename)?
