Yes.  But the computer does not need to be always-connected.  As long  
as it is online frequently, let's say "usually every day" it would  
probably be useful.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't require any particular ports to run  
"python setup.py test" so there should be no problems with port  
collisions.
