Totally OK for space rockets. You only distribute the blueprints to the
chosen few (so nobody else gets GPL rights), and source (of the
blueprints, not the entire knowledge to create them) is not much more
valuable than PDFs. It is a small market - not that you can hide the
origin of blueprints while redistributing.
Worse with SDK documentation, I would say.. If you try to make a DRM-ed
PDF, at least. But that may be a feature.
