Right, I hadn't noticed it.

The thing is, Pixman now needs Perl as an additional dependency.  The
`generate-expr-from-tarballs' script infers dependencies from `.pc.in'
files, but Perl is not listed in there for Pixman.  Should I shamelessly
special-case Pixman in the script?
