If I understand anything, override is exactly not the answer to your
question (py 2.5+2.6). I tend to think that explicit composition + some
tricks preserves the possibility of simultaneous installation of
different versions (and any combinations). override is sometimes useful,
but proclaiming it to be a universal solution takes us further from our
brilliant goal - world without dependency conflicts.
