I plan to use bzr with its bzr-svn plugin. There is, afaik, git-svn and
hg-svn is coming along - so svn can stay to make less work for niksnut &
co. and NixOS User Repository can be made by re-organizing he present
trunks.

I'd prefer to have central 'user-repo' with the system support to easy
include/exclude them...and, yes, get rid of present static
all-packages.nix which should be generated based on config file dealing
with the repo(s).
