[Nix-dev] Which /etc location for laptop-mode?

Well, you could also build the config file in the store and substitute the path 
to the config file in the script, or pass it via an environment variable.

But otherwise I'd say /etc/default is best, since we don't actually have an 
/etc/sysconfig yet.
