Hi,

For the record, I just came across the list of Savannah (non-GNU)
mirrors:

  http://dl.sv.gnu.org/releases/00_MIRRORS.html

IIRC, the `mirror://' doesn't currently support Savannah, so maybe it
could be augmented to do so.
