We *have* WebSVN:

   https://svn.cs.uu.nl:12443/websvn/trace/

And so there are also RSS feeds, e.g. for Nixpkgs:

   https://svn.cs.uu.nl:12443/websvn/trace/nixpkgs/?op=rss&rev=0&sc=0&isdir=1
