Hi Ludovic:
I don't know why this trouble arises.

You are right, nix isn't totally pure.
Eg a lot of package do contain optimizations for different processors.
These settings are set to [autodetect] by the configure script at many
packages.

Would it make sense to start a small list sources of impurity in nix?
(Perhaps it already does exists)
