[Nix-dev] install-strip fails because incorrect use of INSTALL_PROGRAM

Hi Eelco,

You use $(INSTALL_PROGRAM) in several Makefiles to install scripts. When
"make install-strip"
is executed, the strip program will fail on these scritps. Is there a
special reason that you don't use $(INSTALL_SCRIPT) instead?

The problem occurs in the "scripts" and in the subdirectories of "corepkgs"
