[Nix-dev] curl is dependency of nix-channel

Hi Nixers,

I just experienced a perfect illustration of the need for
deployment closures. After installing nix (via rpms) on
a minimal Linux (FC4) system, 'nix-channel --update' complained
that it couldn't find /usr/bin/curl.
